Join documentary filmmaker Linda Hoaglund, project director for Investigating Japan’s Edo Avant Garde, the Smithsonian’s new image-driven K-12 educational website, and NCTA master teachers Angie Stokes and Kachina Leigh, for a fascinating journey into the world of Edo Period art. The presenters will introduce the website resources and classroom-ready teaching materials as well as sharing the site’s innovative approach to teaching art, culture, biodiversity, history, and religions of Edo Period Japan.
